John Coltrane – Cousin Mary

Never been a fan of jazz; I’ve always found it quite inaccessible. That said, my tastes are easily influenced and shows like Homeland and House Of Cards, that have heavily jazz influences soundtracks seems to have worked.

I don’t “appreciate” jazz yet, I don’t know what’s good – only what I like. Thankfully I’ll be off to Ronnie Scott’s with a good mate once social-distancing is lifted, to learn a bit more over some whiskey. For now, I’m finding it to be good background music while working from home, and am certainly gravitating towards John Coltrane.
